During harsh summer, management of nursery becomes exceedingly difficult owing to paucity of electricity supply leading to plant and economic losses. It also compels us to depend on generator for electricity supply which is not cost effective and environment safe and requires extra amount of money. Keeping in view the challenges the nursery is facing, the Institute has signed an agreement with M/S Genesis Innovation Limited, Jaipur for the installation of the rooftop solar PV panel system by which there would be help in the supply of green energy for the nursery. Electricity requirement will be met by solar panels for saving plants from desiccation and scorching Sun during day hours of hot summers.
